Where you probably are

Some people will tell you cold outreach doesn't work.

It makes sense. Almost everyone who comes to us is in one of these two places.

You tried it, and it flopped

A campaign ran for months and almost nobody replied. You walked away convinced that outbound doesn't work in your market.

Or you never tried it, and live off referrals

When one comes in, it's great: the client shows up already trusting you. But one month brings three, the next brings none. You can't build a team, a quota or a budget on that.

In both cases the same thing is missing: predictability.

It comes from a process that puts your message in front of the right people, every month. Not from waiting, and not from luck.
The real causes

Three mistakes kill almost every outbound campaign.

If it didn't work for you, you probably hit one of them. If you haven't tried yet, these are the three to avoid.

01

Mistake 1: the message

Long, all about your company, asking for an hour from someone who has never heard of you. Nobody stops their day to sit through a pitch.

02

Mistake 2: the infrastructure

Brand-new accounts blasting at full volume, with no warm-up and none of the technical setup that keeps a message out of spam. The decision-maker never even saw it.

03

Mistake 3: the strategy

No entry offer, no sequence, no testing. One single attempt, aimed at the wrong list, and the conclusion that the channel is dead.

And it's not your fault

Nobody teaches prospecting. There's no degree for it, and most of what's out there is shallow. Very few teams anywhere can build all three pieces right.

The invisible market

Only 5% of your market wants to buy right now. What about the other 95%?

5% are ready to buy. They search on Google, they ask for referrals. Every one of your competitors is fighting over them, and referrals live here too.
95% have the problem you solve, but haven't stopped to think about it. They will never come looking for you. Someone has to go to them.

Whoever waits for clients to show up fights over the most expensive 5% of the market. Whoever reaches out has the 95% almost to themselves.

Cold calling?

From manager level up, the call dies at the gatekeeper. And each call reaches one person at a time.

Running ads?

Reaches a lot of people, but you don't choose who. There's no targeting by company size or job title.

LinkedIn and email

You choose the company and the title, one by one. And you talk to hundreds of decision-makers a month, in the place where they spend their day.

The right way

The difference between digital flyering and a message people want to answer.

Compare the two. In ours, type your name and watch it appear in the message and inside the photo, exactly the way each decision-maker receives it.

Digital flyeringby email
  • The same message blasted to thousands of people
  • Words that spam filters flag on sight
  • A shortened link, which kills deliverability
  • An HTML signature, with a logo and social icons
  • Asks for an hour before offering anything
  • Talks about itself from start to finish

Each one of those details lowers the chance of the message being read. Together, they guarantee the spam folder.

The Strong Offer Method

Three pieces that separate being ignored from being answered.

The personalized image makes people stop and read. But it's the strong entry offer that turns curiosity into replies worth your time.

01

The strong offer

Something useful and free, tied to what you sell: a diagnostic, an analysis, a free month of service. It takes real work to produce, and that's exactly why it works.

02

The infrastructure

Accounts prepared weeks in advance, domains created just for the campaign and the technical setup that keeps the message far from spam. Your main domain stays protected.

03

The personalized image

On LinkedIn, each person receives a photo with their own name inside the scene. Almost nobody does this, and it's what separates your message from all the others.

About the estimates: they're ranges of what we usually observe, not a promise or a guarantee. Actual volume depends on your segment, your offer, the profile's LinkedIn subscription (free or Sales Navigator) and the connection accept rate.

Need more volume? We run multiple profiles and larger volumes in parallel. For those cases we build a custom proposal.

International recognition

The first documentary ever made about email prospecting. We were in it.

Woodpecker, one of the largest email and LinkedIn prospecting software companies in the world, chose who would take part. We were the only Brazilian team selected, flown to Europe to record it.

How it works

From the first call to replies in your inbox

1
Kick-off (90 min)

We dive into your business: ideal customer, offer, differentiators and the objections you hear the most. We leave the call with the list defined, the entry offer chosen and the first message sequence drafted.

2
Activation

On LinkedIn, within 2 to 3 business days. On email, the first 30-day cycle is preparation: we create new domains and accounts and warm up the addresses, because without that, any campaign is doomed to the spam folder from day one. The leads from that period aren't lost: we make up the volume over the following 90 days.

3
First replies

On LinkedIn, they usually arrive within the first two weeks. On email, after the preparation cycle, between days 30 and 45 overall.

4
Continuous optimization

We test offers and segmentations until we find the combination that unlocks your market. Then we accelerate.

Our guarantee is to never lock you in

No lock-in. Cancel whenever you want, with 30 days' notice. No penalty and no fine print.

On guaranteed results, we'd rather be direct: no agency can guarantee how many replies you'll get. Not an in-house hire, not a contract clause. Anyone who promises a number is selling you a prediction, not execution.

What we commit to is what's under our control: top-tier execution, disciplined testing until we find what opens doors in your market, and full transparency on every campaign number.

Before you decide

Frequently asked questions

Won't this make my company look like spam?

Spam is sending the same message to everyone and asking for something in return for nothing. Our approach does the opposite: a short message, written for that one person, offering something of value before asking for anything. In many cases the first conversation isn't even about selling, it's about the relationship. The person on the other side doesn't feel approached by a salesperson: they feel like they just got something.

What's the catch with the free month?

There isn't one. Your first month runs at our cost: same process, same execution. The free month runs on LinkedIn or from your company's own email account, which is already warmed up, so there's no preparation cycle to wait through. We do it because showing beats pitching, and because a good share of the companies that see the first month decide to stay. If it's not for you, you walk away owing nothing.

What counts as a positive reply?

A real decision-maker replying with interest: asking for details, taking the offer, or agreeing to talk. Auto-replies, bounces and polite declines don't count. You see every conversation, so the definition is never a black box.

Will you use my personal LinkedIn profile?

We can, and it's the most common route, because a real profile of a founder or director gets more accepts and more trust. You approve every message before anything is sent and you can follow the conversations. If you'd rather not expose your profile, we create a dedicated profile for the operation and reach out on behalf of your company. That option has an additional cost and goes into a custom proposal.

I've tried outbound before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Because the problem is almost never the channel, it's the execution. Messages that are too long, no entry offer, infrastructure thrown together in a rush and zero testing. Our method attacks exactly those three points. A bad salesperson doesn't invalidate the phone, and an amateur campaign doesn't invalidate outbound.

I delete sales messages myself. Why would anyone answer mine?

You delete them because they ask for your time and offer nothing. Ours does the opposite: a few lines, something genuinely useful for free, and a question that's easy to answer. People reply because they want what's on offer. The selling comes later, in the meeting.

Do you guarantee how many replies I'll get?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. Nobody can force a decision-maker to reply. What we do guarantee is reaching the full volume you signed up for, with top-tier execution and testing until we find what works. The ranges shown in the plans are estimates of what we usually observe, not promises.

How long until I see results?

On LinkedIn, the first positive replies usually arrive within the first two weeks. On email, the first 30-day cycle is preparation and warm-up, so replies start between days 30 and 45. Skipping that step is exactly the mistake that sends amateur campaigns to spam. The leads from that period aren't lost: we make up the volume over the following 90 days.

How do you get decision-makers' contact info? Is that allowed?

We use professional, publicly available data, like LinkedIn's, with technical verification before any outreach. Professional contact, about a professional matter, aligned with the GDPR and the local outreach rules of each market. We keep a dedicated page explaining how we handle data.

Will you send from my company's email?

For paid campaigns, never: we create new domains and addresses that look like yours, and your main domain stays protected. The one exception is the free month, which can run from your existing account precisely because it skips the warm-up cycle.

My market is very specific. Will this work for me?

If your decision-makers are on LinkedIn, we can find them and reach them one by one. If they're not, we'll be honest in the diagnostic and tell you we're not the best option for you.

Wouldn't it be better to hire someone in-house?

In the US, an SDR costs $4,000 or more a month in salary alone, plus tools, benefits and months of ramp-up, all for one person working at one pace. For a fraction of that, you plug in a team that has already done this for more than 70 companies.

What if I want to cancel?

No penalty and no lock-in. During the free month, no notice is needed: just tell us before it ends. After that, cancellation takes 30 days' notice. Our suggestion is to give the campaign at least 90 days, which is the full cycle of preparation, offer testing and volume catch-up.
